To provide the broadest selection of professional media, equipment, and supplies at competitive prices, we ship orders from our Chattanooga, Tennessee facility as well as directly from our network of trusted manufacturer and distributor partners.

Free Shipping Program

WTSmedia offers free ground shipping on most online orders of $35 or more within the contiguous United States.

Eligible items include:

  • CD-R, DVD-R, and Blu-ray recordable media

  • Popular CD/DVD packaging solutions

  • Ink cartridges and accessories

  • Select electronics and equipment

Qualifying orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days after processing, with 1–2 day transit available to many states via ground service.

Drop-Shipping From Trusted Vendors

To ensure product availability, faster fulfillment, and access to specialized equipment, some items ship directly from authorized WTSmedia vendor warehouses.

  • Drop-shipped items are sent directly from the manufacturer or distributor

  • Delivery times may vary depending on vendor location and stock availability

  • Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments

  • Tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available

This fulfillment model allows WTSmedia to offer a wider product selection while maintaining competitive pricing and reliable delivery.

Manufacturing & Project-Based Orders

Certain products and services — including custom duplication, printed packaging, bundled kits, and other made-to-order items — are manufactured specifically for each project.

  • Production timelines vary based on project specifications, quantities, materials, and approval processes

  • Estimated completion and ship dates will be provided when available

  • Manufacturing orders may require additional lead time prior to shipment

  • Expedited production may be available upon request

Because these orders are custom-produced, delivery schedules may differ from standard shipping timelines.

Shipping Details & Exclusions

  • Free shipping does not apply to all products

  • Oversized, heavy, or specialty equipment may incur additional freight charges

  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may require additional shipping fees

  • Packages under 5 lbs. may ship via USPS

  • International shipping is not available at this time

  • Minimum online order: $35
