Media Supply Shipping FAQ

How much is shipping?

Media Supply offers free ground shipping to the contiguous U.S. on all products we sell. The carriers and ship methods we currently use for free shipping are:
  • USPS Priority Mail: 3 business day service
  • FedEx Ground: 1-6 business day service
  • If you require expedited shipping, or if you need to ship to a location outside of the contiguous U.S., please contact us for a shipping quote. Shipping rates are pulled directly from the FedEx rate chart based on your location and the weight of the products you order.

    How quickly will my order ship?

    For same day order processing on in-stock items, our cut-off time is 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Most orders are processed and shipped the same day, but some items will ship from alternate warehouses, which can alter estimated shipment and delivery dates. In the rare event of a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via phone or email. If you are up against an important deadline and your order absolutely must ship same day, it's always a good idea to contact us to confirm availability.
    How long does it take for me to receive my order?

    Time of delivery depends upon the level of shipping service you select. With our free shipping, USPS Priority Mail guarantee delivery in 3 business days, while FedEx Ground estimates that all orders are delivered to the continental United States in a maximum of 6 business days. Many shipments originate from our Exton, Pennsylvania warehouse, though some items will ship from alternate warehouses. Please call us at 1-800-944-4237 if you have any questions regarding estimated delivery dates.

    Please note that these estimated delivery times are business days, not calendar days; weekends and holidays do not count.

    What do I do when I get broken jewel cases?

    Jewel cases are fragile, and are never really packaged perfectly due to their low unit cost. If you receive damaged jewel cases in a reasonable quantity with your shipment please contact Media Supply, Inc. We will send you replacements or issue credit for damaged cases.

    Is my product insured when shipped? What if it gets lost?

    All shipments leaving Media Supply, Inc. are fully insured. If you do not receive your order please contact Media Supply, Inc. customer service (1-800-944-4237 x114). Please note Media Supply, Inc. is not responsible for packages left on doorsteps or porches if the customer has a "signature on file" with FedEx or UPS. The customer is responsible for packages delivered by FedEx or UPS when your signature is on file.

    One other thing 

    We pride ourselves on our fair shipping charges and low product prices. Some of our competitors inflate their shipping charges and charge handling fees in order to make up for low-margin, advertised prices.
